Some recipes are just not meant to be healthy. I should just accept that. Today I tried to make meringue macaroons that were a complete disaster.
First, the recipe from a book was a dud. It is a healthy eating cookbook that clearly had the worst editor ever. This recipe did not specify the amount of sugar required. Kinda of a big deal.
Oh well. Moving on to healthy dessert number two black bean fudge cake. Wish me luck!
